We are opening an Assistant Project Manager position to participate to the development of our European office based in central London. Talented and enthusiastic team player, passionate about Healthcare AND Marketing, you will work closely with Senior Project Managers.

Responsibilities will include

- Supporting Senior Project Managers in coordinating a variety of multi-country online research projects

- Participating to marketing survey’s design and fieldwork coordination

- Assisting the Project Managers in data processing and reporting

- Follow up vendors or partners

- Ensuring respect of deadlines and surveys completions 

- Work closely with different international internal support teams

Requirements

-  Strong interest for new technologies and new media and their use in marketing and marketing research is mandatory

- Perfect English spoken and written

- Bachelor degree minimum

- Quality and detail oriented

- Team spirit, flexibility, initiative, positive “can do” attitude

- Ability to learn quickly in a very global fast paced environment

- International exposure 

- Strong Excel skills, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (test will be performed)

A PLUS

- Knowledge of statistical package (SPSS, or other statistical package)
