Senior Business Development position
 
Main responsibilities 
  • Develop new business/cross sell solutions with existing clients, strengthen relationships. 
  • Create and develop lead generation strategies within prospective accounts, provide reporting and recommendations. 
  • Manage clients and prospects database and information. 
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals. 
  • Increase our presence on market leaders' preferred vendor lists and establish trusted relationships with procurement departments. 
  • Design proposals, negotiate new business contracts and renewals. 
  • Liaise with operations team in order to insure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded. 
  •  Manage and improve marketing and sales tools, organize online and offline seminars, participate in industry events and networking activities. 
  • Improve knowledge of the evolution of our industry by reading professional publications, subscribe to daily newsletters and news alerts, inform operations teams and forward to the communications team with content for the client’s e-news.
 Requirements
  • English as a native language or advanced level 
  • 7 years experience minimum and established contacts in the industry 
  • Ability to understand our clients’ strategies, challenges and anticipate their expectations through a consultancy approach
  • Quick learner in a complex and high-tech environment
  • Leadership skills, energetic professional, self-directed, hands-on, with ambition and initiative
  • Knowledgeable about international culture, with ability to work with multi-cultural staff scattered in different countries
  • Bachelor degree (Master and/or MBA a plus)

Senior Director Insights

 

Main responsibilities 
  • Manage large scale multi-country projects from fieldwork to completion, including generation of clear and attractive. 
  • Liaise with all in-house and external resources.
  • Designing complex questionnaires.
  • Writing reports and working together with the analysis team and the medical team to provide deep and insightful conclusions and strong recommendations.
  • Monitor task budget and schedule, resolving technical and management problems.
 Requirements
  • English as a native language or advanced level 
  • 6 years experience minimum working directly with Pharma clients (pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device companies as end clients)
  • Successful tracking record of managing complex multi-country projects on-time, on-budget and in quality marketing research multi-country projects for Healthcare top companies
  • Proven knowledge of analytical software such as SPSS, Minitab, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc…
  • Skilled in questionnaire design, sampling and multivariate analysis, good understanding of sampling methods, conjoint analysis, regression, correlations, and other techniques related to quantitative marketing research
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Technology oriented, quick learner: you will use our online proprietary advanced platforms
  • Leadership skills, energetic professional, very autonomous, hands on, with ambition and initiative
  • International culture with ability to work in a virtual team with multi-cultural staff scattered in different countries
  • Bachelor degree (Master and/or MBA a plus)
